  Online Exchange & Return Policy

"We would like our customers to be happy with their purchase.However if you are unsatisfied you may exchange  it within 14 working days of delivery, provided you meet the following conditions:

1.The item returned or exchanged is unused, new and unwashed.
2. All garment tags should still be attached to it. Loose or broken tags will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. 
3. It must be in the original packing provided.
4.All duties/taxes and shipping costs if any will not be refunded.
5.Any charges incurred in returning or exchanging an item will be borne by the customer unless it is a genuine defect in the piece. 
The original receipt should be sent with the item 

 

If you think the above conditions are met, please email us at info@eastavenueonline.com with the following info

1. Order Number
2. Reason for return or exchange
3. Put 'Returns + order number' in the subject. If it’s an exchange put ‘Exchange + order number’ in the subject. 
4. Digital copy of the original invoice
5. Your contact number

When we reply to your email agreeing to the exchange or return & refund, ONLY then despatch the product in the original packaging, tags attached with a printout of the invoice, to the address given in the email. On receiving we will issue a refund or exchange if the above criteria is met. If not the refund or exchange will not go through and you will be informed accordingly. If you desire the item back the shipping cost will have to be paid by you.

To avoid disappointment please ensure you refer to our size charts provided and follow the garment care instructions carefully.
